Peter C. Lantz
Owner / Agent
Pete has been a Licensed Insurance Broker in Massachusetts for almost 15 years and has had extensive experience in all aspects of real estate sales. He has also worked for USA Wealth Group, Inc. as a Financial Advisor and owns and operates the Lantz Family Insurance Agency. Pete served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He is a volunteer on-call member of the Town of Dartmouth, Fire Department District One, and has coached several Little League teams. Pete and his wife Jennifer have three children together; Nathan, Tyler, and Charlotte.
Pete founded the Greater New Bedford Marine Corps League. He is a member of Star in the East Lodge (Masonic Lodge), Valley of Southeastern Massachusetts Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry Member, 32nd degree. Pete has his Real Estate Brokers’ License, Life and Health Insurance Licenses, Property and Casualty Licenses, and Series 6, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses.

Licensed Insurance Agent / Office Manager
Sheryl is a Licensed Insurance Professional with seven years of experience in the insurance industry. She is highly involved in her community as a volunteer at Hearts4Paws and a member of the Buzzards Bay Eagles, Wareham-New Bedford Elks, and the VFW Auxiliary. Sheryl is a free spirit who loves to garden and advocate for animals; she has even been nicknamed “the chicken lady” because of the chickens she’s raising in her backyard. Sheryl’s passion for insurance shines through her desire to help people, and although she loves her career, her favorite job is being a Nina to her two grandchildren, Peyton and Lianna.
